Friday, May 12th @ 6:00 p.m. — Ed Myer Complex

Reception @ Ed Myer Complex/Big Al’s Welcome Dinner provided by First Class Catering/ Meet ‘N Greet

Each registrant will pick up their respective packets, as well as draw beat pills to determine a.m. and p.m. beat assignments for each angler. Each packet will contain scorecards and clipboards with OCC scoring rules and regulations.

Saturday, May 13th

6:30 a.m. – 7:00 am – First Class Catering and Warner’s Bakery breakfast and Registration for those not available Friday.

7:15 a.m. – Anglers will depart to their assigned beats (all information provided in registration packets).

9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Community Festival at Drake Well and Museum and free Oil Creek & Titusville train ride (from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. train departing at Drake Well Depot). PARKING AT JERSEY BRIDGE ONCE MUSEUM IS FULL; Museum BOGO discounts.

11:30 a.m. – TMS students will be releasing trout in Oil Creek along the bike trail.

12:00 – 12:30 p.m. – Chris’s Creekside Cafe lunch will be served to the anglers and controllers at the Ed Myer Complex, Soccer Pavilion.

Hot dogs will be served to participants of the Community Festival at this time as well at the Drake Well Pavilions.

12:45 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Anglers return to their respective beats and resume fishing.

4:00 p.m. – ANGLERS RETURN TO THE ED MEYER COMPLEX – FISHING COMPLETE

5:15 p.m. – Traci’s Awards Banquet – First Class Catering will serve dinner at Ed Myer Complex followed by the Awards Ceremony
